Patrick Joseph DoylePatrick Joseph Doyle has worked for Ford Motor Company for over twenty-four years in a variety of different Sales and Marketing positions and locations throughout the country. He has thoroughly enjoyed his career with Ford and has consistently been a top performer in every assignment.

He has been a recipient of many leadership awards along the way including the “Diversity and Work-life Summit” award that recognizes those employees who work to build a culture that values diversity and work-life integration at Ford. He has also been a multiple award winner of the “Drive For Leaders At All Levels” which is a recognition program that celebrates individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities that positively impact the personal and professional development of others. Pat used a two year break in service with Ford to learn the automotive retail business first hand as the Fixed Operations Director at Courtesy Ford in Denver, Colorado.

Pat graduated from Chippewa Hills High School in Remus, Michigan and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Sales from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. He is a public speaker and author. He is also very involved with the Sportsmen’s Legacy Foundation, where the mission is to help provide lasting, quality outdoor mentorship to children who have lost a parent as a result of public service. He enjoys sharing his passion for hunting and fishing with kids through youth programs at Gilbert Creek Ranch in Mecosta, Michigan and Timmons Ranch in Blackford, Kentucky.

Pat is married and lives with his family in Franklin, Tennessee.
